Grant Powell, Partner and Chief Executive Officer – Grant is a one-of-a-kind entrepreneur and digital media expert from Malibu, CA. Grant possesses a unique ability to combine creativity and art with logic, engineering and business savvy to conceptualize innovative approaches to new world business demands. Grant has over a decade of leadership and expertise in brand strategy, business development, enterprise website design and production, interactive production, database programming and application development. He’s produced over 1,000 brand concepts as well as over 250 websites and web-based applications.

Grant moved from a successful professional consulting career in digital media and technology (most notably for Google Inc) to founding Pomegranate in 2008 and fathering the concept of the “network agency” model - a new way of organizing talent and servicing enterprise companies with innovative brands.

Matthew Finio, Creative Director – Matt started his career Philadelphia at the Earle Palmer Brown advertising agency, first as an account executive then a copywriter, working with clients such as Turner Broadcasting, Tri-State Honda Dealers and Omni Hotels. He was then recruited to the fast-growing QVC network where he became Creative Director, supervising corporate advertising and working on ad and marketing initiatives with brands such as Dell, Sony, Craftsman, Smashbox cosmetics, NASCAR, the NFL, the City of Beverly Hills, the Hollywood Sign Trust, the GRAMMY Awards and even the Grateful Dead. At QVC he also produced many commercials and segments with celebrities such as Sarah Jessica Parker, Heidi Klum, Jennifer Garner, Sheryl Crow, Muhammad Ali and Tony Bennett for special broadcasts and the network’s annual "Shoes on Sale" event, which has raised over $30 million for breast cancer research programs. Now based in Los Angeles, Matt has worked with agencies including GMMB, Euro RSCG Edge, Whittman-Hart, The Ramey Agency and a variety of production companies and emerging brands.

Joseph Hajek, Senior Designer – Joe has spent the last several years in the graphic design field, most recently serving as Pomegranate's lead designer. In his current role, he is responsible for providing creative execution and "out of the box" inspiration to some of the biggest names in media and consumer products including Youtube, Google, and Wild Tangent. Prior to Pomegranate, Joe worked as Art Director at Ripe Media creating websites and e-learning modules for such clients such as Lexus, Toyota, and Disney - proving his ability to deliver strategic media campaigns of the highest quality. Coming from a diverse background, Joe's experience extends from top record labels such as Sony and A&M Records to media broadcast companies including ABC.com and AEGlive making him a diverse and talented member of the team. Joe is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Chris McCarty, Senior Programmer – Chris began his career as an Operations Developer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan where he worked on enterprise level applications such as the corporate budgeting software system and the internal job application system. After leaving Blue Cross to earn his MBA from the University of Notre Dame, Chris took a position as a technical consultant for 170 Systems in Bedford Massachusetts. He worked with Fortune 500 companies to customize the 170 Systems Markview product to fit their needs. After moving west in 2008, Chris accepted a position with Pomegranate as a Senior Programmer. In this role, he oversees all the company's development projects. During college, Chris co-founded MD Web Solutions, Inc - a web development firm based in Michigan.

Mark Bilfield – For close to 30 years, Mark has astutely led some or the world's most prominent brands to success through the use of innovative marketing and advertising solutions. As an internationally recognized leader in the marketing and advertising business his experience is literally world-class.

In Mark’s role as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer at (NYSE) Public Storage, he directed an entirely new branding, corporate identity, marketing and advertising campaign. This was supported by sophisticated analytics to ensure the complete integration for the successful $5.5 billion acquisition of their largest competitor Shurgard Self-Storage.

Mark's senior executive roles at Saatchi & Saatchi and TBWA\Chiat\Day are well respected throughout the advertising and marketing communications industry, His work contributed to making Chiat\Day an enthusiastic believer of Direct Marketing by winning the International Diamond and Gold Echo Awards within the first two years of managing that group, among others at the agency. To that end, sales conversion and ROI reached historic levels of success. His sensibilities and unique understanding of international culture resulted in winning the Nissan account in six countries within one year of the merger of TBWA and Chiat\Day. Mark was also one of the five team leaders to win Nissan's $150 million account in 1986, the largest account switch in the advertising industry at that time.

While at Saatchi & Saatchi, Mark rapidly grew the Integrated Marketing Group for the national $ 4O0 million Toyota account by close to 25% of the entire agency workforce. This was achieved by developing strategies for a new way of thinking and negotiating marketing partnerships that extended the advertising in a totally non-traditional manner.

As strategic partners with Mark’s clients, Home Depot, Time Inc., MSN, Princess Cruises, American Lung Association, Universal Theme Parks and many others, benefited by his superb marketing ideas and competent program execution. Mark’s Best of Class Interactive and Lifestyle programs helped to propel the Toyota Camry, Matrix, Tundra and the other Toyota models to unprecedented sales achievement.

Susan White – White has over 25 years of branding experience. Since 1984, Brand Identity Solutions, Susanʼs consulting company, has been known for its expertise in branding, marketing, advertising campaigns and retail development. Some of Susanʼs clients have included: Girbaud, Adidas, Benetton, Hallmark, Jose Eber Salons, Resorts International, National Fire Protection Agency, Hershey and National Geographic.

In the 1990ʼs, White served as Executive Vice President of Calvin Klein Jeans. In that capacity, she organized, developed and marketed programs that help grow the company’s revenues from $65 million to $450 million in 18 months. She was later named President of DKNY Jeans. In November of 1997 White consulted to Warnaco as Director of Warnacoʼs Marketing, Advertising and Retail Development for the Calvin Klein Brands Worldwide. She oversaw the Calvin Klein Jeans, Underwear, Accessories and CK Kids brands, managing an $80 million budget. At Warnaco, Susanʼs responsibilities included the development and execution of all national advertising campaigns, promotional programs, international advertising strategies and the development and implementation of retail stores worldwide, including stores in Asia, Mexico, South America and Canada.

In 2001, White moved to Los Angeles and founded Whitespeed. Seed funded by the Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG), within just eight months, Whitespeed garnered high profile Brands, and self-funded, Whitespeed quickly became known for its clear understanding of translating traditional campaigns into effective branded messaging.

Whitespeed grew into a unique, branding consulting agency, and boasts of a client list of household names such as American Express, GM, Honda, Lexus, Tastybaby, NBC, ABC, The Gap, Microsoft, 20th Century Fox, Charles Schwab, Calvin Klein, Wells Fargo Bank, King World, The Rolling Stones, Ian Schragger Hotels, National Geographic, Charlotte Russe, William Rast for Justin Timberlake, Peopleʼs Liberation, Rock & Republic, Scanty Clothing, Wolfgang Puck and her personal intellectual property, Dylan and Cole Sprouse of Disney”s “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody”.
